All payments made for GeneSight subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription or credit package is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
GeneSight provides immediate access to computational resources and AI-powered analysis upon payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds.
In the rare case of a technical error on our end that prevents you from accessing paid features, please contact us at abdulrehman@genesight.cloud and we will review the issue and provide additional credits if applicable.
