When you create an account on GeneSight, we collect your name, email address, institution, and research purpose. When you run an analysis, we store your query inputs and generated results securely in our database.
Your information is used solely to provide the GeneSight drug discovery service — including running analysis pipelines, storing results, and sending account-related emails. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. Your analysis results and files are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at abdulrehman@genesight.cloud.
